This model is sold through Costco and I just noticed there’s a $100 discount until October 17th. This Lenovo Flex 5i Chromebook review unit as configured is priced at $549.99. Just keep in mind that there is a price difference between the two models.
But that’s a good thing as I note in my Lenovo Flex 5i Chromebook review. Aside from the chipset upgrade and the ability to fold the display for tablet-mode usage, there’s little else different. While the clamshell 5i has a new Pentium Gold processor, the convertible Flex 5i is bumped up to the recent Intel Core i3. After being thoroughly impressed by the Lenovo IdeaPad 5i Chromebook, I had high hopes for the similar convertible model, the Lenovo Flex 5i Chromebook.
